Stormline — SMS / Messaging Terms

Program. Stormline Call Alerts, sent by Tempest House LLC. When you sign up for our call-answering service (Stormline) and provide your mobile number, we send SMS notifications summarizing calls received on your business line — caller name, callback number, reason, and urgency — along with links to call recordings.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in during signup, you agree to receive these automated SMS notifications from Tempest House LLC. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase beyond enabling the alerts feature.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your call volume.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@stormline.us.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent/opt-in data) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes. We may update these Terms; continued enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance.
